General Return Policy (7-Day Returns)

For most items purchased on *oncampus.store, we offer a *7-day return window starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • In original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Custom Merchandise

For customized products, we operate on a case-by-case basis. If you’re facing an issue with a custom item, please reach out to our support team at support@oncampus.store for assistance. Due to the personalized nature of custom products, not all requests may qualify for returns.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at support@oncampus.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Shipping: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or order error.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
