1. Shipping Locations

We ship our products across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Cost: Rs 99
  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Cost: Rs 199

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

ON CAMPUS ships to addresses within India, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages

ON CAMPUS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India.
